CCAM wire is a newly generational product with high intensity on the basis of copper clad aluminum. It takes the aluminum magnesium as its heart yarn, with surface coaxial clad copper. Its electric and machinery capacity is between copper wire and aluminum magnesium alloy wire, combining the well conductivity of copper and light weight and good screen capacity of aluminum magnesium alloy wire.
Advantages:
(1) Compared with copper line, the weight ratio between copper clad aluminum magnesium alloy and pure copper wire is 1to 2.5.
(2) Compared with copper clad aluminum wire, the copper clad aluminum magnesium alloy wire has series advantages of lighter weight, good damping capacity, excellent heat transmit, and good electric magnetic shielding capacity .
